The hotel was located in a great spot, just 1 km from the mall road, in the premium location of log huts area, which was not crowded and close to Hadimba temple. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities, perfect for the cold weather. The service was exceptional, with staff who not only understood our needs but also went out of their way to accommodate us. The dining experience offered a wide variety of options, including live counters for eggs, and the facilities were top-notch, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I was upgraded to a beautiful honeymoon suite with a garden view, which was amazing. The family suite was spacious and came with all the essentials like bed linen and towels. The price for the upgrade was totally worth it, offering great value for money.
The hotel offers a superb location near the old Manali area with stunning views, while the rooms are in excellent condition albeit not entirely clean. The service is top-notch, with staff being kind, professional, and even attentive to personal details like birthdays. The dining experience is fantastic with a variety of fresh and tasty options available. However, the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, and the value for money is a bit questionable.
